Review of Najee Ali’s Book Does Not Produce Any Reference to Three Arrests For Rape

On May 4, 2023, in Dept. 94 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Najee Ali testified under oath that his criminal history was well documented in his “self-published autobiography “Raising Hell — A Life of Activism.”  He was trying to convince the judge that the petitioner of a restraining order against him knew about his history and proclivities.  In the same hearing, Najee Ali admitted to choking the woman during sex.

A search of the book produced 10 mentions of the word rape, but none in reference to his three arrests for it.

Court hearing transcripts will be posted soon.
